ABC 702's "Self Improvement Wednesday" lesson for this week: How plastic bags are made. The teacher is Professor Rob Burford, Head of the School of Chemical Engineering at the University of NSW. It's a bit scientific in parts but interesting nonetheless, particularly the information about how to make biodegradable bags. Around the 9 minute mark (3.15 mins remaining) is when they start talking about this.
