Marrickville Council's Bagbusters and BagShare

Marrickville Council, NSW, Australia has decided to address the environmental problems caused by plastic bags by introducing their "Bagbusters" campaign and a "BagShare" system. It's great to see initiatives like this being taken. This is a fantastic framework that could be applied around the world.
